I just love this band. Yesterday I coulden't stop listening to them. What do you think about them?

 

the mamas and the papas had so many great songs. I dunno if I can pick a favourite, I don't listen to them too much anymore but I still put something of theirs on every now and then. Michelle was so hot

i definitely think that california dreamin is the best, that song always gets me in a good mood the mamas and the papas rocked!

 

THey are excellent and california dreamin' is my ultimate feelgood song

 

I like them...California Dreamin would be my favorite,too...just a great song

 

I really like California Dreamin and like 4 other songs...

 

Love them...whenever i think of them i think of a group of friends sitting in the grass with guitars and a bottle of wine singing songs..... its such a happy image!

ahh there great they remind me of a time i wish i could have seen. california dreaming is obviously there greatest and i think creque alley and go where you wannna go are fantastic too.

 

The Mamas and Papas only had 2 good songs, California Dreamin' & Monday Monday. How can they be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and ABBA not be?

I got to agree with you sara_rose California dreamin as got to be the best, but all where good

 

I like them, I like that 60's folk pop style. I have one of their albums from 1966.

 

I love the music of the sixty and seventies, when I was younger. I loved the rock bands, but also loved such as the mamas and papas, donavan, etc. they were good years and I think about them alot with great fondness.

 

The Mamas and the Papas were the greatest...loved them then, love 'em now...
