has anyone read this book? it is the one that i am currently reading and although 75 percent of the stuff in the book i all ready knew... it is still very good and informative. it discusses ways to mantain and achieve optimum health without relying on conventional doctors, medicines, surgeries, etc.

the book covers every thing from diet, fasting, detox and toxins, supplements, tonins, yoga, meditation, guided imigary, excercise and much more.

    Ditto what Wonder Girl said.

"The Natural Mind" is one of the most must-read non-fiction books in the world....

some of his stuff is a bit off

i wouldnt take healing advice from someone who is fighting a spare tire around the middle (which is associated with a backed up colon and with hyperinsulinemia caused by an inappropriate diet).

seriously, look at the paunch on this guy...

ill check out the list but despite the fact that he may have a few extra pounds on him... the things i have read from him are all things that i have verified at other places.
