A friend of mine is growing a chronic plant and though it isnt budding yet, he said he will pick some leaves and dry them for me. Can you actually smoke this? or what? is there any way of getting stoned off the leaves?

If you have LOTS of leaves you can cook brownies, or u could make hash/hash oil.

Yes, you can get high by smoking leaves, but it's nowhere near as good as smoking bud. Bud is best for smoking.

yeah seeing as how you can see leaves on some nuggets.

but it would probably be more efficient(and tasty) to cook them.

Smoke 'em with a water pipe.

But instead save ALL the leaves and at harvest make a chunk of hash . it'll be look mids in quality, and worth the wait.
About 3 to 5 grams off a 1/2 bowl of dry leaf. A couple of small plants provide that much during thier lives.

definitely use them to make a little hash, don't just eat them.

although one plant wont have THAT huge a yield anyway, most likely.

Ahhh... Common urban myth thingy here.
THC, or Canniboids are found only in the Trichomes of the plant. Trichomes of course are the crystals that we see on buds. You may get a slight buzz of the leaves but the real goodies are in the Trichomes.
Do not pick leaves off your plants!! These leaves are like solar panels, they collect energy from the sun that helps the plant convert nutrients into plant matter, never pick off leaves, please!

All but the largest leaves off the growers plants are the quality of street regs. THey taste like shit, though.

And stems from good weed tend to collect a bit of knocked off tris in the bag.

I got to get a vaporizer!

the vaporizers are definitly worth it. I never get all gross and coughy in the morning after smoking too much the previous night. It actually feels like it heals my throat instead of drying it out.
