It depends, if it was something serious like me having a pound of weed in my backseat and he pulled me over, I would probably blast his 2 front tires apart with my 12 then drive like hell! If it were a traffic stop, I would take the ticket.

I'd be completly open about it, but then the cops up here pretty leanient towards this sort of thing

 

just be polite and respectful to them and co operate. they'll be far more understanding that way.

for one... jail really aint as bad as everyone thinks it is... for two... i live in a state that has marijuana decriminalized up to 42.5g... and i dont often have that much stuff on me... so... i'd just get a ticket... so i could care less

 

I agree. If I had a pound of weed in my lap and a cop pulls me over, I'd fuckin' pop him in the skull with the 12 then dash for the border and make it into Cuba. (I'm Canadian, I can go there ). Then, I would purchase a couple acres of property in the middle of nowhere and I'd just park a trailer and live there, smoking weed everyday, with all my friends who come after they find out where I am.

 

Fuck jail man, it is as bad as everyone thinks, especially in Alabama. We have some really harsh marijuana laws, look it up on NORML. Cops around here had rather see you drunk driving than smoking a joint at home...

I would just be honest, let them know that pot smokers are not their problem, its there decision from there, if they have really fallen into the government propaganda then i would expect to be sent to jail.

hmm.. if a cop pulled me over and i had weed on me,id be like whats the problem offcier? give me my license and w/e. if he asks if i have anything, id be like" what u mean? and let him search my car, cause i got a wicked hiding spot. long as he dont look in trunk and find my bubbler its all good. and the weed he wont find, unless he knew i had it forsure. hed have to tear apart my car over a turn signal thing or somthing? yah right....but since im so cautious now that i was already caught, im making sure they wont find it. .

Uh, you as long as they don't see a pipe, a roach or something of the sort, they have no right to search your car...not even smell or smoke counts (Smoke assuming you have cigarettes present, otherwise smoke could count)...so just don't consent

 

maybe try and pretend i am someone else when i answer the door..

 

i'm not voting on this poll because these are all stupid choices when confronted by the police. If you said "Say no to a search warrant" i'd pick that or "be smart and not smoke in a car but in your own residence and only there" i'd pick that too

Yeah, you can't say no to a search warrant...you CAN say no to an officer asking to search you, assuming they don't have a warrant.

 

If i had alot and the cop new i would run but not if i was in a car
