i think this question is ridiculous. apart from the fact that you spelt 'lesbian' wrong, and your grammar is atrocious, i think it's a silly question. i'm a dyke and it's about making a switch to bisexuality, it's about being with who you want to be with. if i turned out to be with a guy then that's that. who cares?

and no, bisexuals aren't gay. they're two different terms. obviously tokemeup is ill-informed.

All this poll really shows is that there are many more bisexuals who chose to participate than gay men and lesbians. Bisexuals may feel a greater need to make a statement than lesbians and gay men.

Younger people are more likely to participate in chat rooms and forums, and they also more often identify as bisexual. Like most environments, this forum is not a very scientific sample.

Young people, myself included, shouldn't bother labeling their sexuality. I think "horny" is good enough a label until probably about 30.

Very well put. Honestly, I can't label my sexuality as, well... things are kinda flipped for me, for one thing. I lean more towards being a lesbian; but, if I found the right guy... :)

Anywho, I'm attracted to all sorts of people... Men, women, m2f, f2m, crossdressers... I don't know about gay males in particular; I wouldn't know whether they base gender on what's between your legs or what's between your eyes...

Lesbian or gay (as in male gay) aren't really types of gay to be, are they? Those depend on your gender. If you're a dude, you can hardly be a lesbian, and the other way around.

A more useful question would be is if the people are very explicitly gay, if they tell people or not, to what extent they incorporate behaviour from the other gender into their own behaviour (for instance, very girly gay men would go shopping with female friends and visit saunas and stuff while I personally would rather drink beer with mates, swear, belch and listen to metal (but then again, long-haired men are fuckin sexy)).

I am mostly bi- Only I lean mostly on the male side of things am more secure and emotionaly secure with a guy. Yet I do have the ability to perform with a woman also. So last two years have been abstinant I prefer men though and think I could commit with a guy only not commit in a relationsip with a female as the male gender is the domiant choice for me.

Switches? at firts I was thinking like S&M type switches thinking :) WTF, only I am looking for monog relationship so it would be strictly one gender or the other.
