Salvia plants very VERY rarely produce seeds.

They also tend not to grow from the seeds that they do produce. They're basically "sterile" plants.

They grow by dropping stems onto the ground, and those stems take root and grow into new plants.

Salvia plants are most commonly grown by humans by obtaining a stem cutting and growing it hydroponically for a few weeks.
