I WAS CHATTING WITH THIS COUPLE WHO LIVE ABOUT AN HOURS TRAIN RIDE FROM AMSTERDAM, I was sharing my opinions, about their countries policies where, well here's a snipet from the conversation;

You are fortunate to live in an area of the world, that is a progressive thinking land, more to the point your countries way in allowing some drugs to be consumed & sold in open, honest market places, cafe's etc.

I believe I could further add to that, .....that your country also has a Ton Less drug crimes, & all the horrible violence related to drug crimes, like the USA, and many other countries, with harsh drug laws!
LAWS THAt focused on the immpossible scenario that everyone will quit, whatever their drug of choice is or change their personal intake's' ...............
.....JUST because THE LAWS tell them to! absurd???

I however, I too, am very fortunate to be a citizen of the USA, I suppose .....in countless ways.

It is a big drag that I cannot even purchase weed, popcorn, STD whatever it's gotta be labeled...
.... when I honestly, and millions of my brothers & sisters... have a huge, and at times urgent need for the medical benefits derived from pot smoking,
{releif from the meds, and from being full blown AIDS}
any amount of relief!!!

Yes, I do not hide my AIDS status like many choose to do.
I choose to share knowledge and education, and educate anyone who asks, many do have questions, & want to know what it's it's like living with AIDS?
And moreover, how to protect themselves from risk behaviors.
NO QUESTION Is A Silly Question.!! Period!

We both keep up on all the latest, and are extremely well educated in the field, WHY?... because it's really needed, everywhere!
By both, I reffer to my soulmate and myself, although a tough way of life due to other peoples prejudices, born of ignorance, but rewarding in many ways too.

I am A Six year survivor, We are Both living with Full Blown AIDS.
We live healthy, dignified lifestyles, my soulmate Ann, a twenty four year survivor now, plus she is a three time cancer survivor to boot, and me a 'one time' {chemo/radiation survivor, self injectable, peg interferon, a rough sport!}

Not too much to ask, just the right to buy popcorn, std, pot, for my own personal useage, to afford myself some small measure of relief NOT found in other pharmacuticals available
{ I mean the one's that won't get & keep me hooked on them that is!}
....Besides; I take too many pills every friggen day as it stands, trust That my brothers, and sisters
...It's from them I seek, some small amount of RELEIF!!!
In my case I need relief from the meds that keep me alive!

Maybe you've heard it all before, and I will personally attest to this now;

Often people speak about their ailments, and share the fact that pot seems to be 'the only thing out there' that truly affords 'some small measure' of temporary relief, to them'...To US!!!

Weather it be glaucoma, Or all of the Cancer patients out there, receiving chemo/radiation;
pot can assist in some form of food intake, which helps the white/red blood counts, and keep you healthy, or many of my fellow HIV/AIDS infected people worldwide.
P.L.W.A. {People Living With AIDS} ..who honestly can use even the escapism, pot can provide.
And anyone on a peglyted interferon program (chemo/radiation regime to cure hepatitis C, depending on subtype generally 6mo. to 1 years treatment) BRUTAL to MANY, too harsh to even to endure, as a point of fact!...
Where and with actuall clinical studies proof positive, proof that success rate is increased Dramatically....in conjunction with pot smoking during the treatments duration, and the six months cleansing cycle that follows treatments.!!!!!

I am Living Proof, I am Hep C free due to;

Being one of the first few who endured this treatment, in the final clinical trial phase 3.

who in turn take those billions for their re-election campaigns funds.....and they in turn keep any leagalaization laws from ever forming, to where it could be considered a viable vote, towards Americans freedoms, and rights, thier main focus's is to keep pot Illeagle, keep the drug companies happy, and to keep the American public from ever voting marijuana in as leagle, be it for medical usage, and or.... the fair thing to do, to make it completely leagle to smoke, buy & trade pot, once and for ALL, for everyone!.

I feel comfortable enough to voice my opinion as if it had the strength of Millions of voices in unisen, With my voice...

We collectively would ask for, OUR elected government here in the USA, to actually hear us, and allow us to either purchase, or cultivate
( you know strictly for personal useage ) A certain amount of pot!

Let me extend the welcome mat. I recently found “The Hip Forums” myself and I know what it’s like to be a newcomer. You don’t really know what to say or how to act. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed. When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet. Nobody here is going to “Flame” you, that just isn’t tolerated here. From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters. Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, kick back and stay awhile.

 

Hey there: I am a friend of flmkpr's. I was looking his threads up and saw this one. So I surfed my teachers website (I am an herbalist and natural healer as well as doing energy work). The only data I could find on HIV/AIDS was this site. Its a suppository which means you stick the pill up your butt, but if it helps why the hell not. The medicine is called HY99 and the website is www.vigconic.com . Its a TCM compound. I heartily believe that if the link was on our Rainbow sisters website it has been checked out and is effective. I feel for you very much. I have lost a lot of friends to the disease syndrome. I was there for them as much as possible. They chose traditional treatments. So I just sent them a lot of energy and LOVE every chance I got. I found the link at www.susunweed.com . I have survived cancer twice Uterine and Breast so I truly understand your pain. TCM treatments helped me keep the Breast tumor in check until I could effect my own cure. I opted for conventional treatment during the Uterine tumor incident and boy was I sorry. It hasn't recurred and that has been over a year now. I had the surgery in 1992 for the uterine one and I was only 33 then. It was too bad too quick before I knew what was wrong to go the alternative route. I knew I was sick in my womb but did not know what and the doctors were no help until it got bad and I started to hemmoraghe. If you are broke it is hard to get help. Pot helped my breast tumor out a lot. I went to National Rainbow Gathering last year and got smoked out heavily. Plus I did a lot of healing work myself on others. Plus a lot of food was of a greenish nature. I also did a sweat with Derwiin's group of apprentices. A few weeks later the tumor was GONE. All that LOVE and pot too, made my immune system come back to normal. So I hear ya dude. I really hear ya.

Where is Ava, MO? I know that there are a lot of folks in Joplin, MO. I met them down in Mt Ida, AR amongst the hippies and crytal miners. If you can get down to Fayetteville, AR and go to the Crystal/Rock shops and hint around there used to be a church group of folks who were into peace and love and growing a nice garden. I know this from a friend who used to go visit them from Mt Ida. If I can get a hold of my friend down there in Arkansas she might know how to get a hold of the family in MO. I need to touch base with her anyhow. I will do what I can.

I know some herbs that might help, but they have to be prepared and the dose adjusted exactly for each individual or they could be toxic. It is not something I could just suggest over the internet. I would have to have access and prepare the medicine and then actually visit you at least for the first few days and calculate your personal dose and schedule. Then it must be followed exactly to be of effect and to not be risky. Like any strong medicine it has to be taken in proper amounts and on schedule. I guess you are pretty good at that by now though. If I can find the herbs before the ground freezes and get it prepared i will contact you here or thru flmkpr. Then maybe it can be arranged for a visit to set up a dosing schedule. And do some energy work as well. Until then puff away and check out the HY99 to stay as healthy as possible.

Dear brother: I checked out some herbs I knew were good for cancer but turns out they are good for any immune system disorder. I knew a couple were good for other things but did not know the extent of their usefulness. Go online and check out these three herbs and see if they are growing nearby. Plantain not the fruit the herb. Its a common yard weed. Chickweed which is probably growing outside your door or under a tree. It likes shade and damp. It has a tiny white flower. The leaves remind me of mouse ears. And in the pine trees Usnea which is a lichen it has a whitish thread running through it. Now the the Plantain and the chickweed you can make into a tea and use fresh or dried. Usnea needs to be put fresh in a jar and 100 proof or better poured over and let it sit for 6 weeks. Thats a tincture. You can do the same with the others for the winter. Put a eyedropperful in a half glass of water and down it twice daily of each. Usnea don't make a good tea. But the others take whichever way you choose. If in tea drink at least one cup daily of each or just combine a teaspoon of each and make it a double shot of goodness. Less pissing. This will help boost your immune system and the chickweed actually helps what antibodies you have work easier as it thins the viruses and bacterias mucous membranes so they can get in there and kill them. Usnea and Plantain are antibiotic and immune boosters. These are safe in any quantity. For pain and such if things get bad pick the dandelions while you got some if you do and use them in tea or tincture. Tincture is stronger. They contain a relative of opium. It is a mild narcotic pain reliever. The other stuff is a bit trickier as far as the dosing goes and has to sit a lot longer in alcohol. At least this might help and ease things until you get ahold of some pot and even after. I live in a city and thought the roots grow here they might be toxic with stuff from the environment. We have had a lot of chemical spills in the area. The herbs around here are not safe to harvest no matter what they are.
