Does anyone remeber at what week the doctor can tell the sex of your child? I'm sooo excited and getting an ultrasound this saturday. Its probably too early to tell but I can't wait to get ready for whatever sex it may be. I already have my guess though. :)

Around 18-20 weeks usually is the most accurate time.

When I was expecting my twins, I knew before they even told me what I was having that there was at least one boy in there. For one thing, my initial reaction when I found out that I was expecting twins was that I was going to have both a boy and a girl. Secondly, when I had an ultrasound at the hospital when I was around 15 weeks, I could definitely make out my son's package. *lol* With his twin, I kept saying "I can't see anything!" Well, his twin ended up being a girl so that would explain it! ;) With my oldest son, I found out at 20 weeks.

a child that likes to mess with my head. lol I was adamate in the beg. thinking it was a boy... it just felt like a boy. Then a went to sleep and had a vivid dream about a little girl and it was exactly like a dream I had pregnant with Croix... he came out looking the same and I ended up having some deja vu with the whole situation. This was one of those dreams and she did look like my other two. Now for some reason I'm obsessed with this little girl (not in a weird way, just a I want to hold my baby kind of way). BUT now for the last week I keep thinking boy. I'm so confused. Maybe its both... in that case I'll jump off a cliff now. lol (j/k!)

Everyone around me wants me to have a little girl (with brian's curls)...But when we were at the fair, this 12 year old boy passed me...Looked just like Brian and his brother, mixed....He smiled at me, and walked by me. I turned around to see which way he went, but in the middle of this huge open space, he disappeared....so I honestly believe I'm having a little boy that looks NOTHING like me....*sigh*

I had my Ultrasound done at 20 weeks. The lady said she was 85% sure it was a boy LOL I have no clue how she got her percentage...anyway my doctor never did another Ultrasound, so were still not so sure what we are having. Maybe you will get lucky and the doctor will do two.

i had mine done at 17 weeks, which they say is late enough to tell, but wouldn't you know MY child wouldn't move and let us see, haha!

With this one, i really had no idea if it was a boy or a girl, but with my other two i knew very early on; just had a *feeling*. Maybe it's a baby #3 thing, lol.

Oh yeah, and we did finally find out (i think it was at 22 weeks); It's a girl!

Did you do it standing up? that makes it a boy right? I don't remember. That's what one of my friends kept saying when my wife was pregnant. He kept saying we were going to have a girl. When the doctors did the ultrasound, it was unmistakable, the doctor said "You have a proud little boy!"

My mother always knew what the sex was. With my first one I called and said I have something to tell you. She said I already know, it's a boy. With the second one she says, yeah, it's a red headed boy. When my daughter was born she wouldn't tell me what she thought the baby was. After she was born the doctor held her up and said well, what did you have? I sort of half looked and said, it's another boy. (Number 4). The doctor laughed and said you better look again. For days after she was born I kept taking her diaper off just to make sure.

Best wishes whatever she is. (DId I say that.) :)
