or better yet, when your psychologist is nearby...anyway. stand in a comfortable, balanced position and swing both arms backward in a comfortable bent-arm windmill fashion. do this fast.. 3-4 times around every 2 seconds or so, and hop around the room, kangaroo style, in time with your arm swings. i did this barefoot and shirtless...girls may want a sports bra if they plan on doing it for a long time. i laughed myself senseless, and my mom had to yell at me and flip me the bird to get me to shut up so she could use the phone. yes, i'm 19. just try it.
