Weird Dream

I had a really unusual dream a few nights ago...

In the dream I had a penis, and it made noises. Noises like your stomach/intestines make when they're digesting stuff. Anyways, this is probably a stupid question, but I want to know if they actually DO make noises.
(I asked my brother, and he said he couldn't go to sleep at night for all of the talking his penis does.)

 

No, the only time they make noises is that squelchy sound when they're being jerked.
