My two best friends have abandoned me! They both OD'd on pills and now they think weed is a terrible thing. They also think it runs my life because I study it, politicize it, and smoke it, then talk about it to them! I smoke maybe twice a month! This is pissing me off. They were the last stoners I knew who were actually smart! Sorry, I just had to rant, guys. Peace, Love and kind bud Joe
how the hell do they bitch at u about weed when they od'd on pills if they cant respect that u like to smoke 2 times a month witch isnt alot then tell em to fuck off
find new friends those kids are junkys, ODing on pills.... disgust me..they give stoners bad names... and they are the reason they call marijuana a gateway drug..
what probably happened is after they OD'ed and went to the hospital, the doctors there told them and their parents that they need to go to treatment. Once at treatment, they learned that all drugs are bad and became biased and ignorant. Recovering addicts can be assholes
ive found that compared to any other drug, pill od's are the most likely to make the victim and their friends turn firmly against pills. but weed? and like not even every week? lol theyre just fucked up from frying their brain with E (it actually does happen, in te case of overdose, for in the case of overdose, there are so many chemicals released in teh brain that your brain sorta poisons itself.. and then after that has barely any chemicals at all, so first you are pinging, then your having seizures, then (if you are awake) you would be so incomprehensibly depressed that it would trigger a response in their brain to see pills as the absolute enemy. now, if in their mind, they saw weed and pills as teh same sorta thing, drugs that they like doing, then their own brains could turn them against weed too, because they associate it directly to the thing that just about killed them. unfortunately, the mind is the brain, so if a change like this occurs, its not a matter of these changes merely influencing someone's will, its a matter of the person's whole system of free will and oppinion being chemically and thus physically altered by a traumatic experience.
