is soooo good. and tonight i think im going all out.... making the dough AND the sauce from stratch. quality cheese (no, im not making that) and fresh veggies.... mmmm im hungry all ready.
I tried making my own dough once, and decided it wan't worth the effort. Sounds good though. Threads making me hungry.
I was going to make pizza the other day, but there were mites in the red pepper and I dumped it into the dough and had to scratch it. I had no idea that mites would stay in red pepper. Bastards.
Trish, you sound like you cook a lot, and you sound like you're good at it I love homemade pizza... made one once, it was so good! My dad makes great pizzas too...
I need to learn to make good pizza dough, I look for recipes but it always ends up tasting terrible or having completly the wrong texture.....
if you want to toss a pizza yourself, you're going to need to let the dough proof for at least 24 hours to get it the right consistancy for a pizza. otherwise it will come out waaay too bubbly
well, i guess ill just take my chances. i have let the yeast n all sit for three hours before and it was fine, imo. anyways...yeah, penny, i do cook a lot. im too broke to do much and cooking is a fairly cheap hobby. plus, i love to eat so it works out great.
well, it can be done, but using it too fresh will cause there to be far more bubbles rising where there shouldnt be any.........one of the very few things i learned in the past year working at a pizza shop

Yecccch I havn't made a pizza since I quit my last job at the pizza place. Come to think of it, I havn't had any pizza since then.. Hope you enjoy yours, however.
