When ur about to cum u stop and go slow while masterbating...and when u pass off the urge to cum u go again and repeat until u cant stop it nemore. How does this help? you have to crank on the kegel muscles when your almost there, and wait till the urge subsides.. like 30 sec even a minute. then resume and repeat when your almost there again. At some point, your still hard, but your body thinks its been over the edge once or twice, and your good to go. or even better, just do it more than once in a session. first time is always too fast anyway. . if she doesnt get it.. your not communicating enough, mon.
