    I know this was a thread in the past, but whatever...I can't find it anymore.

    Wilco - Rey-eyed & Blue

    This is probably one of the saddest songs I've ever heard. The music itself is haunting.

    almost everything from the Red House Painters. and then there's Bright Eyes, and Elliott Smith too. too many songs of their's to list.

    The Flaming Lips ~ "Do You Realize??" and "All We Have Is Now"

    i cant listen to those songs anymore or they ruin my whole day.

    so long, marianne by cohen is so sad too...
