For sale or rent in the north Ga mountains

Ive a small lot with a approx 27 foot camper as well as a 27x8 added room built on to it in the north Ga mountains in a gated river resort. http://www.coosawattee.net/

New paint, and flooring throughout. This is a deeded lot and dues are just under 500 a year.

Its all private property, you can drink, smoke, ride atvs....no cops allowed in the place unless public saftey calls them and that dont happen.

And so you know the place appraised at 24k but I have little in it.

On top of that have you ever priced a camper alone? The place looks like a small house.

This place is packed with houses between 200k and 300k.

Im not sure if your simple white trash and can not grasp what a RESORT COMMUNITY means.

For most its a second home or a cool fulltime camper and lot in the woods to get away from the life in Atlanta.

This place is cool, I got lucky to get a place right off the paved road and also got a cool one right off the paved road thats like a little house.

Im not sure...I have been slacking off here lately, I dont know where my card is to get in and out, but as soon as i get one i may go camping up there nex to the river, cause we dont have a house on our lot and i would have to pay too much for a villa.....So maybe soon i could get a few people together to camp up there, i usually camp next to the outdoor pool, the on where you have to walk across that long bridge from the campsite to get to the pool......anyways pm me or something i am always looking for georgia friends. peace.

hay mabe we got to a bad start i didnt check out link like u said till recently....and i am the kinda man to appolagize when im wrong so im goina tell u sorry that is a good deal thought it was just a lil shack on a lil land nothing like that...and thats kinda what i am looking for how mutch for the other camp??? got a issue with campers.....what i am looking for is a small shack type place that could be fixxed up nice so me and my family can move away...i myself work construtcion so can do anything that needs dooing... so what u asking???and what would u ask me after makeing a ass of myself??? cash

 

They do have a dude here that will sell you alot and a camper for about 2 k or less down.....hes a semi straight dude and if you make your payments your cool....if youd like his number id forward it.

Ive just be lucky enough to have a couple of the above average lots.

And im always on the deffense...so its all good.
