I have a twenty foot tipi for sale. Owned less than a year, purchased new from Nomadic Tipi Makers: http://www.tipi.com 20 oz flame resistant all weather army duck cloth, inside 9' 18 oz flame resistant liner (we have already sown all of the three pieces together), door cover and ropes. New this cost me around $1300 dollars, I am selling mine, with minimal wear (I lived in it last winter) for $900 + shipping. If you live in the Vermont area, or you want to make a road trip with a longbed pick-up truck, I will throw in the poles (ash and pine trees)- hand-peeled and sanded for $150.
