what are some good programs to download music on. i have limewire but it just completely stopped working so I wanna download somethin else but I dont know what to do. I used to have WinMX but that shit sucked. And I dont know any other ones :&
Limewire works for me. If you know anything about torrents, I can direct you to a place where you can get the Pro version for free. Even if you don't know anything about them, figuring out how to use them is pretty much a no-brainer.
well i dont think it has anything to do with it being pro or not. it says that a firewall is blocking it from connecting to the network. and i turned the norton firewall thing off and it still keeps sayin that...
Try uninstalling it from the Control Panel, then downloading the setup files again and re-installing it. I had that same problem before and that fixed it.
Itunes, Napster, MyCokeMusic etc. Pay for your music. Not only are you ripping the record labels off (ok, their generally greedy fuckers, but ah well), but your also ripping off the artists that you claim to like so much
That sounds interesting. What kind of download speeds do you get with it? The thing I like about Limewire is that I always get 40k/s+. And does it notify you when a file is corrupt?
