there are plenty of places to buy pipes online if you can't find a shop near you, and you may even be able to save a good amount of money. if you need papers or something, just go to any gas station.
who? i dont see anyone with that name. anyway, there are undoubtedly headshops in nyc, but if he can't find them, he can't find them. no reason to NOT order online if he doesnt know where a shop is, because most shops are NOT chains and do NOT advertise other than by word of mouth, at least thats the way it is in most of the us. its not the kind of business that puts half page ads in the paper or phonebook, you know?
Right on I would be shocked too, but I am going to the city tomorrow probably and wanted to see if I can find a location before I headed in so I dont have to wonder looking around and such. in other wordswanted to see if someone that has been around there knows a good shop to go to.
