Mono and diglycerides are generally animal products, but not always.

Mono-and Diglycerides- From animal fat. In margarines, cake mixes, candies, foods, etc. There are vegetable monoglycerides as well, so I don't worry too much about it, but if you're worried, contact the company.

    Calcium Propionate- Vegan

Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate- Also lactic acid, found in blood and muscle tissues of animals. Used in products made by bacterial fermentation. Also used as a preservative in some skin care products. Alternatives: plant milk sugars, synthetics.

    Calcium Sulfate- Vegan

Stearoyl Lactalylate- Same as lactic acid.

Anywho, I read these in my PETA list of Animal Ingredients and Their Alternatives. Hope it helped!

Yeah, but the site said that the lactic acid in their bread was made from Corn Fermentation or something like that...

Oh, cool, I didn't know that! lol It's just that lactic acid/prey much any thing with "lact-whatever" in it often comes from milk, thanks for the correction!

And I got it out of a page of the PETA Factsheets Binder, $10.00 US from PETA, you can go on the site if you want it, or check out http://www.peta2.com/street.html, basically if you do any activism you get points, and you can save those and get one for free like I did:) It's really cool:)
