I have a pretty low pain threshold...when I was a teenager, I had my wisdom teeth removed in a hospital (knocked me out totally...it was a regular hospital operation back then, at least in that area)...thought the pain was surely going to kill me. Pain medication didn't help much. They discovered that I had a dry socket, and had to treat it with some special medication...then the nasty pain went away.

Worst pain??? Right now, foot pain from plantar fascitis is a bitch...gotta wear suportive sandals and shoes all the time...sucks...

i think i have a really high pain threshold.... and i've had some injuries in my lifetime... i drove last year just 3 days into a broken elbow...not easy but i managed it... plaster cast and all..

but i did just get injured in a car accident that made me go to the doctor... other than that almost nothing could drag me to one.... unless its broken bones....

worst pain?.... got to be something as simple as toothache...i hate toothache...then i'm a wimp...

Birth must really hurt guys. Imagine pooing out a basket ball... that gives new meaning to 'ring sting'.

tooth pain is easily handled,, anyone want a quick lesson??

salt cures the nerve endings into well jerky,, so there gos yer throb,,

garlic kills any infection,,but it must be administered outta the fresh clove,, bite down hard..

repeat both proccess for a couple days an youll be fine...

Well about 3 years ago I was putting a cast iron wood stove in a truck where the idiot didnt set the parking brake and I was walking along with the stove as the truck rolled and when I bent over to set the stove down I pulled somthing so bad in my back it took me almost 20 minutes to get into the passenger truck and for 3 months after that If I stood the wrong way it hurt so bad like my legs wanted to fold up.

That issue was fixed at hhb`s place when I sttod up and caught my back on the kingpin on his 5th wheel trailer, it racked my whole upper body but fixed my back. I did lay on the ground and screamed a bit though.

About the time I got my back fixed I stood up wrong building a deck at work and my knee popped out and it was simply paralized and hurt like fuckin hell with constant pain. It popped out several more times and I had to coach folks as to how to pull my leg straight till it popped back in. Its not done it in a while so thats cool.

Right at a year ago I tore somthing in my right shoulder and for the first three weeks I couldnt raise my right hand over my shoulder and I since then have taught myself to use the left side of my body, but here again its been a year and only one time setting a beam I felt it pull just a bit, but all is well now.

And other than a serious medical issue that really doesnt involve a pain level all is good.

It is amazing to me how the body can heal itself my injuries are proof of it!

Im in my mid thirties and am starting to understand the importance using ones head when it come to what to do and not what to do with my body.

My highest amount of pain would have to be when I had my knee replacement surgery. Though, at that point I was too stubborn and wouldn't take the pain pills. The pain wasn't too bad and it was actually more pressure but I just remember everyone saying I was crazy because usually people take the pills like candy. I guess it was just a good feeling to have the pain go away day by day and know I was getting through it.

But I also like shots, so I'm probably weird.
