Meh...don't listen to these fuckers. They're all either hippies or metalheads who can't stand for anyone to like anything that doesn't fit into their musical tastes because they don't think anyone should listen to a band they don't like. Fallout Boy is alright, not the greatest, but they're good.
i listened to some album of their's last week while driving around with friends, i couldnt stand it except for two songs who's names i'm dying to find out.

i actually didnt think the genre had any quality artists until I heard SoCo and Jack's Mannequin. i always figured emo were the bands that sounded like My Chemical Romance.
yes yes i've come to realize this now. emo is just like every other genre: most bands in the genre suck ass, but there are some really good ones. you just gotta look for 'em.
