Does anyone else out there have like sleeping problems like I do. i don't sleep for like four days or something like that then I sleep for five hours and I am fine and able to do my everyday tasks. Which is just basically going to college 3 days a week for almost 14 hours. I don't know I am screwed meaning I have problems or well if you have any insight leave me something. thank you herebutnot
i was the same way, because usualy if i wasnt asleep by sunrise i gave up on sleep & started my day..but then i realized my natural bedtime is 5 am,, so i just let myself fall asleep at 5-6 am & i sleep every night, unfortunately i usualy get woke up by the phone or door around 9-10 so dont get enough...but every other month or so i get 1 day of 18 hours sleep to catch up
I always have a hard time sleeping, until I started running a framing crew building new homes, now at the end of the day its easy to get some good rest. So I suggest at least 8 hours a day of hard manual labor and your non sleeping issues will go away.
Not sleeping is a problem for many people. Finding your natural sleeping hours as Soaringeagle says is probably best. However, that is hard to do with school or work. Try setting up as much of a pre sleep routine as you can. Use your bed only for sleep (or recreation) if you do not get to sleep in a reasonable period of time get up. You want the bed to be associated with sleep - not lying awake. Sleeping pills can help you get started into a sleep habit, but they are not a long-term fix. Many people use natural remedies and hopefully someone with that kind of knowledge will post or you can try one of the herbal threads.
Im really sleepy right now, even though its only 9pm. Arent us teens ment to stay up till 11? But i seriously need like ATLEAST 10 hours sleep because i dont get to sleep until like an hour after laying down, then the whole time im waking up all the time and cant get into a deep enough sleep so not to be shit tired! I sleep best when i hae a cold and can take the night time sleeping tablets. Are sleeping tablets aloud in Australia?
