Namaste... I'm also a new member, but I appear to be a bit older than most of the members here. I will be turning 55 in a few months. I live with my hippie husband, Tim, and four cats, in a small community in the northwest corner of Washington state. Tim, who looks a lot like Jerry Garcia, and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary last year (26th this year) by attending an event called "Winter Woodstock"... it was definitely a blast from the past... Hey Cindi & Tim (eponabri), what an unusual name. I have also dabbled in crystals, tarot cards, and other esoteric goodies. Congratulation on your Silver Anniversary. Good shrooms up there. I was stationed in Bremerton when I was sailing; it’s really wet up there. You’ll find that there are many members our age, along with many of the young ones as well. Let me extend the welcome mat. I recently found “The Hip Forums” myself and I know what it’s like to be a newcomer. You don’t really know what to say or how to act. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed. When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet. Nobody here is going to “Flame” you, that just isn’t tolerated here. From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters. Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, kick back and stay awhile.

WELCOME EPONABRI !!! You sound very interesting. I too am interested in spirituality, crystals and bought some tarot cards which I am finding so difficult to understand...its so complicated. anyway as you can see by my age and the ages of others you are not old.
