Following vs. Believing

    well that pretty much settles it right there now, doesn't it? then again, i still don't think belief is really necessary for anything.

    nitemarehippygirl, I didn't say we were saved by grace alone either.

    But to those who believe that a person who does good works but doesn't believe (works alone), that was who my comments were for.

    okay, was just pointing out that your comment "we are not saved by works, but by grace" was counter-able. (is that a word?) you seemed to be saying that belief is all one needs to be saved, and that i think is a very common conception these days. if one repents on his deathbed, what of that? belief only? like i said, the devils also believe.

    Question: Would you be faithful to God if you knew, fully and certainly, that there was not Life (consciousness) after Physical death?
