Hangin out with some friends...and the cops come

well me and a few friends were hangin out last nite with some beer, ciggarettes, and some weed
well no one is over 18 may i add
anyway the cops come to teh door and the girl that lives there lets him in!!!
so we got a cop comin thru the house right after we got done smoking, we know they could smell it the room was still foggy, and were just sittin there luckily i stashed my weed under a coffee table b4 he came in but my glass pipe and my bong were sittin out
well the cops tell us that since no one is over 21 theyre gonna call our parents to pick us up
well while were waitin he decides that the glass pipe must be destroyed
so he pulls out his nightstick and starts smashing this glass pipe all over my friends carpet and my friends blown ass hell and nervous and so am i so when he decides to do that i look over and go "sir dont you think you could break that somewhere else i mean your smashing glass all over my friends carpet dont you have any respect?" and he goes sir step outside for me so i did he searches me (clean) and lectures me on respect, and ask me if i had been smoking marijuana, of course i had my eyes are bloodshot as hell so itell him i was and he tells me to go back inside.
so i do and by this time 2 people had gone home and im waiting on my ride when the cop decides to lecture me and my friend on marijuana.
he says " ok i've seen some nasty things with marijuana, it may not seem like its bad but it is" and i come in with "well thats wha theyre doing wrong not me were sitting here smokin a little weed and playing games and having a good time not harming a soul"
and he decides to start arguing with me and tells me how you can diee off weed and how it ruins your grades, i told him "sir i go in 12 days to get my GED so i can go to college and start my business management courses" and he rambles on you know how police are
anyway the best part is when he says "well you just need to stop before it makes you crazy and somebody gets hurt" and by this time im fucking pissed at this cop for being an idiot so i say "sir let me tell you something about marijuana, in amsterdam where weed is tolerated they have a lower heroin and cocaine usage rate than in the US, there have never been any deaths directly from marijuana, and as for its ruining my life? i think its ruining the country because theyre loosing billions of dollars on a war on drugs that isnt working because drug usage seems to keep going up, and furthermore theres probaly someone out there getting raped or murdered that you could be helping instead your here hassiling us kids sittin around here having a good time" and so hes pissed so he tells to stand up and puts me in cuffs, like im doing anything i guess he wanted that control feeling
but anyway my ride comes and i leave
im waiting a few hours tho so i can go over there and get my weed
which was never found, stupid ass cops

 

goddamn assholes! and the pipe - thats just stupid- shoulda kicked his teeth out, that is if he wasnt an officer of the law...

Yeah, I would've told the police to come back when they have a warrant to search the premises rather than to let them in.

 

ya the first mistake was definatly letting the cops in the house in the first place...I bet they wouldnt have even bothered if they had to go get a warrent.

But yeah, that particular cop sounded like an asshole, I mean at least just take the pipe and break it on the street or something, not all over the carpet, thats just flat out disrespectful.

Another way to stop the cop cold would be if a female friend "under age" would had strip real fast put on a towel wrap + wet your hair and say to officer im taking a bath "by the door and not a full open door either " and my parents should be here any minutes from the store.
