hey thanks for being such a great guy! its true, by the way...physicians tell patients to use this method in order to get the cleanest sample.

 

Drink cranberry juice the night before and piss as much as you can and then drink 8 heavy glasses of water right before the rest. Or go get some CERTO like the other guy said. I hear that Niacine also works, you can find it in the vitamins section at the food store.

EDIT: Does hipforums Automaticly change messages from all Caps to lowercase? I thought that was all caps, but maybe I'm losing my mind... I haven't smoked for 4 whole days and I'm losing my mind!!
