Constructive critism doesnt mean just being nice. These are good drawings, your entitled to your opinion, but I for one, if I thought something was crap I would either say nothing or be indifferent. Or maybe make polite suggestions, you havent done any of these. Really think your getting off lightly there me calling you a numpty, and sure many would agree.
just because you dont want to call something crap but say nothing really doesnt do anything for me or the artist or anyone. FREE SPEECH FORUM needs to be changed.

if you ask for a opinion about your art, you cannot complain about honest critisizm, most of you just say how great it is because your afraid to hurt peoples feelings.

i don't tho... i say what i think of it.. and if i reeally think its shit i won't make a comment... because well, this isn't a devotidly serious art forum.. its just about sharing. i will suggest ways they could improve it if they ask for that. if they put it up... and id on't like it i don't say anything.. if they put it up and i like it i will say that.... theres no need for people to tell someone somethings "crap"... if you look back in my posts i have said "i don't like it" to some peoples stuff... so.. wise up, be respectful.. and hey who knows.. people might actually listen to what you have to say... (why say something insulting? what do you get out of it.. ro what do they get out of it - apart you feeling all high and mighty for being nasty and another person feeling shitty.... sounds like trolling to me - saying something for the sake of being nasty)... i'm all for people saying how they feel but when it gets nasty.. no one wants to know.. and will get deffencive... got something HELPFUL TO SAY - say it. got something worthless and time wasting to say button up mate and find somewhere else to take your supressed anger out...like.. somewhere which appareciates offencive comments ... Being self taught it great, but there are lots of exercises you do in an art class that some people would look at and say well that sucks because they don't realize you are not trying to make something to hang in a museum. Yeah that was a run on sentence but I was having trouble typing what I was thinking.
if you would have read my previous opinion you would see that i gave CONSTRUCTIVE critisizm, i never said it was crap, i said what i thought would have improved it.
honey i wasn't disputing what you said! but how much do you expect with rubbing out and only 2 mins to draw.... if your a serious observationist youspend a long time looking... i spend a long time looking before i draw a tonel drawing.... tonal, simplistic drawings rely on loooking for a long time to capture a figure in a few stroke... which idid... fare enough, if i had long they'd be more detailed.. cos they would... my art teacher is saying i need to simplify more my drawings even stil!
