A Solar Return basically says what's coming up for the next year. A Progressed Chart shows how you have grown. Your problem is that you are trying to date women who only want to be stimulated all the time, who want fast cars and fast men, into partying, drugs, drinking, etc. Your values may not mesh with these women. So, since you are 23 and women are supposedly 7 years older psychologically, then you'd have to be dating 16 year olds. Not likely. Most women will lose their minds at 25, , so start looking to date over 25 year olds. So, where are the women? Where can you meet them?
