Know anything about First National Hippie Band?

I have been trying to find out about a comedy skit that I think is titled pigeon park. I think it was in 71 that I heard it on the radio. It was a look at the future of a couple of old hippies in a park where cops sprayed people with LSD spray and they were cropdusting the park with helecopters loaded with cocain. The guy at Earth Pig Music in Colorado Springs told me it was done by the First National Hippie Band. I haven't been able to find anything about them. Ever hear this? Know anyhting about it?

 

I thought the first national hippie band was the grateful dead.
