I hate smokeing out of aluminum bowls but those are the only thing i can get and i know there bad for u is there anything else around the house i can use besides that to make a bowl
an apple! :ED (he has a moustache*) just twist out the stem, stab a hole in the side of the apple so that there's a hole pretty close to the bottom of the little pit the stem came from, and puff away. and when you get the munchies, eat the apple. *im robotrippin
dude the besst idea is to just to buy a shitty piece. if ur worried about ur parents finding it just get a one hitter. its so much better than finding shit to smoke out of and you dont have to worry about things like this thread
i'm good at making home made peices if i have to, i just dont these days because i own good glass stuff. you can be good at it, too, because it's simple. all of these things, if you can't find them lying around, can be purchased CHEAP and end up making a really terrific waterpipe which can also be used as a normal pipe in a pinch if you must. hopefully you have a glue gun, it will make attaching things much easier. basic waterpipe can be made with a standard mason jar with the metal lid with the seperate threaded ring to hold it in place. half pint is a good size for pipes, unless you want to make something big and elaborate (my biggest home made bong was made from a giant ovaltine jar!) put two holes in the lid, and get some tubing for each. you want just enough water in the jar to take up some space and cool the smoke, but not so much that it gets sucked into the mouth peice tube. this tube can be plastic/rubber tubing, or it can be rigid metal tubing (what i always used) which can VERY easily be acquired by tearing the antennaes off of an old rabbit ear set for a tv that nobody will miss. if you really wanted, you could probably get a new set for 7 or 8 dollars at target or something, but that seems like more money than its worth unless you're desperate for a pipe. i'm sure something cheaper could be found at a hardware store. wash out the inside of the tube with water a few times before use, either way. the other tube MUST be metal, because it will get hot. it sould be long enough to go just near the bottom of the jar without touching, and should be fixed in place pointing straight up. hot glue around it to make the seal airtight. now for the bowl. noth many big things are available that will fit an antenna tube, but thats a blessing in disguise. what works real well are most metal screw off tips to ballpoint pens, and also you can buy a small brass cone incense burner, and it should have a funnel shaped cap that can be inverted and set in place on top of the tube. this will be a larger bowl than a pen tip. either one should hold enough for AT LEAST one or two good solid hits. if the mouthpeice is metal, too, bend it so your face isn't right over the flame. make sure the bowl isnt too close to the glue or the glue will re-melt and the tube will sink lower still. such small bowls reduce smell and smoke lost between hits, and will help conserve weed. they also get incredibly hot, so if available its nice to have several on hand pre-packed so you dont have to wait for the last one to cool down before you continue smoking. make sure there is no plastic anywhere on the bowls or you will smoke it, which is disgusting and may well make you sick. if you make these well it should work beautifully. i used to smoke out of them almost every day after school around sophmore year in high school
another way to do this with a similar principle is with a dasani water bottle or something like a more normal looking bong, but the bowl is somewhat more likely to fall out accidentally due to the tilted angle.
