I do not understand how the drugs laws work.

If the drugs which are most dangerous to health, and posed the largest threat of addiction where class A, why are the hallucinogens, (mescalin, LSD and Psilocybin) class A alongside heroin and crack? Why are amphetamines Class B, when not only are they addictive, but also easy to overdose on and mess your brain about, when ecstacy, a similar compound, but not addictive and poses less threat to health is class A? Why is cannabis Class C when it has such close links to psychoses? And why is the opium poppy legal to grow and yet hemp is not?

well, in the US we have schedules. There are schedules I-V. Schedule I category includes unprescribable, illegal drugs, such as THC, Heroin, MDMA, etc. and schedules II-V are ones that have "accepted medical value". Schedule II is the strictist of the 4 schedules and includes the most addictive ones like cocaine, meth, morphine, fentanyl, oxycodone, etc. while less addictive goes into III-V

I think you'll find they do "mean shit", it means cannabis is a risky drug for some people. I think all drugs should be legal, but I'm saying the system at the moment is paradoxical and nonsenseical.

    You want paradox?

I've got a long history of medical problems.

Smoking weed helps tremendously, and still leaves me capable- but it's a no-no.

So I get legal dilaudid (60 4mg pills every two weeks). If I actually took it all, I'd be a legal junky_ and incapable of functioing normally.

    What a bunch of crap!

Hallucinagens have the side effect of thinking outside the box. The govie puts a crap load of energy and resources into keeping the population in the box. The laws aren't there to protect the individual, they are there to preserve the government.

Why do you think alchohol is legal? Have you ever had an intelligent conversation with someone that was smashed drunk? Did they discover any new concepts, new ways of looking at things besides sideways and from behind the toilet bowl?
