Want to loose weight fast

    Does anyone know a fast way to loose weight???
    Has anyone lost weight quickly through any method??

    I dont like talking about it, but I really wanan loose weight because it is getting me down a lot:(

    Any advice is good, ime begging I really am:(

    Losing more than 2 pounds a week in extremely unhealthy. Most of those fad diets that promise you'll drop 10 pounds in a week just rid you of water weight, and you could become severely dehydrated. You could try Atkins, but that diet comes with its own set of problems, including constipation, halitosis (bad breath), and ketosis (which is the buildup of ketones), which can lead to nausea, vomiting, and confusion. The best way to lose weight is to cut back on your fat intake, reduce the number of processed carbohydrates in your diet like sugar and white bread, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and grains, and exercise. The weight loss will be slow and gradual, but you'll be a LOT healthier in the process-and have more of a chance of keeping the weight off.

    eat fruit all morning, eat vegetables all afternoon, eat a healthy dinner and exercise for 30 mins or more once a day or 3xs a week.

    it depends on how much weight you need to lose. If I want to drop a few pounds I will eat only apples, low fat/low cal yogurt, and low fat/low cal popsicles for like 5-7 days. The only thing I drink is water and I exercise for 30 minutes in the morning and evening.

    I usually drop about 5 pounds with this method.
