i love him so much...he was such a beautiful musician who left this world way to early...

yeah...nick drake was great *sigh*...maybe even the best

to be honest, im sick of hearing about him

i love him more than i could ever express, but sheesh!

i think he is talked about way to often when comparing new singer/songwriters or folkies. but from being on these forums, he doesnt seem to be talked about a great deal.

 

he's not talked about in holland at all.

 

i can only think of one other person i have talked to here in idaho that seemed to have ever heard of him...so its refreshing to know other people do listen to him

 

i find rhasta penguins very refreshing too
but hey, what's favorite drake song?

lets see, "Pink Moon", "Which Will", "Things Behind the Sun", "From the Morning", "Hazey Jane II", "Northern Sky", "Time Has Told Me", "Three Hours", "Way to Blue", "Cello Song", "The Thoughts of Mary Jane"...well, i love all of his songs that i have heard, but if i had to choose, i guess it would be thoughs...but i know im missing some

have you ever read the nick drake biography by patrick humphries?

Cos i highly recommed it, i've read it a few times, and its the most enlightening, intellegent and well all round brilient book about nick...

One of my favorite artists of all time
