I didn't mean to sound like Zach de la Rocha if I did it was just a circumstance. I did though mean to return the favor and comment on your radical poem -- actually sooner but I didn't have the chance until now. So what do I think? I have no talent whatsoever when it comes to writing poems --which means I may not be a good judge -- but not only do I think it sounds great (and contemporary) I think it also speaks the truth. Grammatically you may mean "they're" instead of "their" I'll leave that up to you. Philosophically or morally my only comments are I'm not into revenge and believe others also should not be ("they have to pay..") -- although the public, the common man loves revenge and "justice" an eye for an eye -- and then since this poem is so good you may be really talented if so you could become famous and it could all go to your head you have to watch out that doesn't happen -- because the gifts each of us has (or, sadly, that most of us don't have) are a matter of fate not merit always remember that. Well that's probably more than you want to hear but hey if you put some of your writing to music you may just end up being another Zach de la Rocha! Peace and Best of Luck.
I enjoyed that to no end. Not only do I agree whole heartedly but I am over joyed to hear someone else say it. Never stop letting people know how you feel. A one man revolution is one more man for change. If you have anything else I would love to read it. I will most definatly have to check back in on this forum offten. Thank you so much!
