Has anybody heard of Sweet Smoke? They are an amazing psychedelic and jazzy jam band from the 70s. They never made it big in the states, but became huge in Germany. I discovered them at least 5 years ago, and absolutely fell in love. They only made 2 albums and one live album in Berlin, Germany. Their first album is just 2 songs, each 16 minutes long. The songs are friggin amazing and blew my mind!!! Please let me know if you have heard of Sweet Smoke, it would be awesome to meet someone else who has been blessed to have heard their sweet tunes. If you haven't heard them, I highly recommend them =)
Yes at last someone else who has even heard of these guys Ive got Just a Poke on vynyl and the 2nd album on a cd with just a poke but ive never seen or heard the live one but i would love to know what its like
i heard one of their songs on a rolling stone mag cd (which was cool), i read when they came to germany they moved to a city called emmerich, which is like 10 km away from were i live...i feel so special
