Hypothetically: if God showed himself in an unambiguous way, revealed that the entirety of the Bible was true, and indeed worthy of following, EXCEPT that you would not live on after physical death, that you were indeed mortal beings, WOULD you continue following the teaching of the Bible and Jesus and the whole lot? (I realize the whole point of Jesus and such... remember this is a hypothetical.)

My 2c's ~ What if aliens appeared in a truly mind-bogglingly beautiful and magnificent spaceship that was so big it looked like a city of gold, studded with wonderous windows that looked like shining gemstones, and was so marvelous that humanity could not conceive of it being anything other than miraculous? And out of it stepped the commander of the craft, his suit shining brilliantly blinding light, and when he spoke, it was through an amplification system so that all could clearly hear him for miles??? It may have already happened, long, long ago. PS ~ tip : use your "ignore list" to rid yourself of annoying idiotic pests.
