It's so cool. My mom and I just moved into a new house and this spring we are going to plant a big vegetable garden in a small field right next to my house. Then in the summer we're going to open a farm stand in the front yard and sell our veggies and maybe some lemonade. I don't know why I find this so exciting, but I do. So does anyone have any tips on growing vegetables? Perhaps opinions on the best veggies to grow and prices to sell them at? Whatever you have to offer, share your opinions.

    Hey Now,
So cool your gonna do a vegtable garden. My parents had huge gardens when I was growing up. I actually use to hate snapping beans and shucking corn LOL. About 5 years ago I decided to have a go at it and am loving it to death now. I can all of my stuff to store for the winter. I even enter them into fairs to be judges. My strawberry perserves won 2nd place and my peach one first. Yippie. anywho the best stuff to start with is tomatoes, squash, cucmbers. All very easy to grow. If your gonna grow peppers as in spicy type. just plant a few plants of each. they grow like crazy .

    Thanks!
And would your username "dressage" have anything to do with horseback riding?
Do you ride? post me back, i'd love to talk about it. I rode competitively for 8 years. It's hard work, but it was a blast.
