Stopping obscenity on public airwaves is NOT the same as censorship. Stern has his fans thinking he's being censored. He's not. Since he is using public airwaves on which to broadcast he is subject to laws already on the "books". If Stern solely utilized private airwaves (Sirius or XM, for example) then he could say or do anything he wanted. This is the same principle that allows a lot more risque material on cable TV than what can be seen on over-the-air networks & stations.

BTW, speaking of Canada, a recent poll indicated that right at half of all Canadian teens consider America to be "evil" and President Bush to be in the same catagory as Hitler. Besides hitler and bush to have the similarity of being elected in a free country, starting to take away rights, then declairing war on enemys that havent directly dont anything based on things they claim those enemys might be doing.

It seems that many people on this board are so caught up in being "anti-establishment" (although many can't SPELL anti-establishment, or even drive a car yet for that matter) that they don't even take the time to research the history of the war on terror (going back to the days of Clinton), and in turn they just parrot the leftist media and bullshit propaganda from Michael Moore. America has killed or captured thousands of KNOWN terrorists and many TOP LEVEL terrorist leaders. We have not had a significant attack on American soil since 9/11. That was over two years ago. It seems to me that the Bush admninistration has done a pretty good job of protecting us from enemies foreign and domestic (which is the SOLE purpose of a federal government.) American history is littered with American casualties who have died for the greater good and liberation of other nations. Not only do we care enough to die for the rights of the oppressed, but we also spend billions afterward to rebuild and protect those nations until they are capable of taking care of themselves. Maybe we should start billing those nations we have spent so much time and money on if they continue to be so ungrateful and anti-American.

Four more for Bush-Cheney, if for no other reason than to keep Kerry from inviting our enemies to dine in the White House.

Tommy Chong- Well, he stood like a man and held his head high and did what he had to do with out all the nonsense and planned media recognition...HE is a Mentor and role model..I listened to Tommy's wife on the Allan Handleman Radio Show several weeks ago when Tommy was just realeased from jail and she said:
