i'm thinking about moving to somewhere else in oz. i'm currently in melbourne and so i don't want to have to move somewhere the other side of the country because petrol prices are so high, but somewhere were weed isn't as much of a problem. somewhere where you could grow a small amount, not sell it, and if you got caught with it you wouldn't go to jail.
i think in nsw u r allowed to have 1 or 2 plants for personal use that is if u aren't snif sniff yuck i hate bacon

I wouldn't have a clue about dope but I've been to every state in Australia. I love South Australia but have to say Western Australia is my favourite. Basically anywhere out of Victoria is good and when I was coming through Queensland recently I was suprised to find that fuel prices were the cheapest in Australia. Still I managed to go through about $1500 on my way from Broome to Tasmania.

im going tpo live in a tent at nimbin for a portion of my life, if the weather is good there and if i can find a place to grow vegetables
ok its true, ive never been to nimbin, but from all ive heard about it, it seems to be quite overrated and generalised and even touristy in a way. isnt living in nimbin going to attract attention to the fact that u r a potsmoker??
I've heard as long as you don't go around obviously dealing pot that the police there (Nimbin) don't really care :S
