    I'm not too familiar with newer bluegrass bands, aside from Yonder. So I say post some that are good, with links too. I want to expand by bluegrassinary.

    Leftover Salmon - sounds more like a rock band, or atleast this song that's playing. Not bad though.... The video, it looks like they are some kind of progressive bluegrass type?

    Hot Buttered Rum - I really like them, they have nice voices. Different from most of the bluegrass voice (kind a twangy, country like - which is cool too)

    Trampled by Turtles - They don't have music to listen to at the site.

    yea... leftover salmon doesnt sound extremely jamgrass... but they are for the most part... pick up their cd Euphoria... its great

    Hey that SplitLipRayfield looks interesting... Is there anyplace I can listen to them at short of purchasing (I'm broke)

    So I found some songs and a few clips of Split Lip Rayfield and I decided to spare the ten bucks (good deal) and bought a CD. What I've heard they are pretty sweet. I'm excited.

    ah! how could i forget stealin strings... i saw them... they opened for big wu this past spring at a show here where im from... great great bluegrass band

    keller wouldn't remember bluegrass it if bit him.
    Neither would the cheese ('cept they pulled off a couple at BSC)
    for old timey but newly made BG, try Open Road, Heartwood Hollow, Uncle Earl
