I was really upset on my last visit to amsterdam early september only to find that barneys coffeeshop no longer serves their delicious irish breakfasts!or any food at all. you can only eat in the bar, and that sucks. and barneys as just a coffeeshop isnt that great. So why did this happen? its a real pity. theres not enough coffeeshop/restaurants.
Maybe the health department got wind of the crappy food quality. haha. Barney's is the only place where I've ordered toast and it came out cold with a small dollop of butter that was just sitting there still hard. I will say though that the fresh squeezed orange juice was pretty good. Isn't there a Barney's Breakfast down the street that doesn't sell weed but allows smoking?
