ok i know there have a been a bunch of threads asking about some weed movies but i just want to know what would be some crazy movie to watch really baked... it doesnt matter if the movie has any drugs in it or any thing just any movie that would be crazy to watch high as hell

lol an awsome movie to watch stoned is any woodstock documentary... not really trippy, but its nice to know that your stoned along with all those other people on TV... and it seems like your one with them, ya know? Plus its great music... =D

 

try watching courage the courdly dog on cartoon network lol...or a good movie would be Killing Them Softly by Dave Chappelle (stand up) deffenatly the most funniest thing i'v ever seen!

Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas

"Fantasia" is the trippiest movie in the world. "The Wall" is a close second.

 

Koyaanisqatsi and Naqoyqatsi are both pretty trippy, especially Naqoyqatsi. They're both art films of sorts, there's no words, just images and music. I watched Naqoyqatsi stoned and it rather scared the hell out of me. the word is Hopi for "Life as War." Koyaanisqatsi means "Life out of Balance." But despite some disturbing vibes, there was a lot of beauty in them too. And they really do make you think about how we live, which is good, it's a very different prespective on things (time lapse and such). There's a third film (the second one of the trio) called Powaqqatsi but I haven't seen it (it means life in transition).

I agree Fantasia is great. Fantasia 2000 wasn't as good though, and sorta freaked me out. I mean, you know how cartoons aren't supposed to die? Well, there I am, stoned as hell, and this one scene just totally unnerved me, when the one legged soldier threw the jack in the box in the wood stove and closed the grate. He fucking killed him, man! Major bummer. Plus, half the time it felt like someone was trying to sell me something, though I couldn't figure out what. It was too polished, commercial, I guess.

I haven't seen yellow submarine but otherwise Darkside took the words out of my mouth.

2001 is fucking amazing, but good luck if your the ADD stoner that can't sit still.

The Wall is intense. I watched it sober the first time and felt like I was on drugs by the time it ended.

Not exactly a movie, but FLCL is amazing when you're stoned. I 100% agree with anyone that says anime is dumb, because for most of the anime out there, its pretty silly, pointless stuff. But FLCL is the trippiest cartoon I've ever seen, and is a step above most anime. There's only six episodes too, so you can watch it all in under 3 hours.

Umm... speaking of cartoons, the Triplets of Bellville is pretty good to watch stoned. almost zero dialogue in the whole movie, but there's so much music and catchy tunes.

 

the intro to grateful dead movie the da pphattest shit ever when high. watch dat and then the music is greatt too, a bunch of really trippy jams and on the second disc watch the mind left body jam, its radical

I got really happy when I saw that Jared and Jojo were back, but then I checked the date. I'd probably come here more often if Jared was still kicking around.
