myself along with my girlfriend, a couple, and a friend decided to go bake out our friends station wagon in the forest. we stopped and got gas before hand and some drinks. after about half hour, we finally get back into the woods and are trying to find a place to toke. we make a stop at this big hole where a house use to be so the men could use the bathroom and to just look around. the front passanger door is broken so when its open, it is a bitch to get back shut and locked. so the girls get out and someone opened the door that is broke. when i noticed this, myself and a friend tried to fix it. we spent about 25 to 30 minutes messing with this door and we finally get it shut. by this time, we are all bored and we just smoke there. the place is off the main road by some trees. not too far back in the woods but a good amount of space incase someone was to come, things could be hidden and what not. so we fold some seats back and make our circle. we had about 2 grams with us for the 5 of us. so we light up a joint and smoked that and a bowl. the car was pretty baked out and we weren't close to being done. the whole time we are smoking, cars are going down the road because people are allowed to go back there. so with no signs of the law, we pack up the 2 bowls and are about to spark them. no sooner then the time it takes to pick up the bowl to light it, a ranger pulls up behind the car and the lights are on. the car is totally filled with smoke and we are soo busted. so my one friend, we will call him "ken" because he doesn't want his name on this, gets out to talk to the ranger. he opens the door and smoke just piles out of the car. my girlfriend hid the two bowls in this tarp that was in the back of the car. so the ranger comes up and asks us to get out of the car. he opens up the doors and the smoke comes out. so we are all standing by the rangers car and he has the roach and a gram of our weed. so he tells us that we can arrest us or just fine the boys and we will be allowed to go home. so myself and "ken" get a ticket for $60 and the ranger leaves. so after he is gone, we start to drive out and my girlfriend gets the two bowls and hands them to me. i noticed that they are both fully packed and not lit up. so we found a place to stop at on the way home and smoked. it sucked to get busted but i'm glad we didn't get arrested and soo happy he didn't find the bowls. so to end the story, i will leave you with the best part of it all. when i went to pay my ticket, the time stamp of me paying for the ticket was at 4:20 pm.
well it does suck you got caught, and i believe if u were in a national park, you can get in more trouble than normal. But atleast its only a fine!
we were in the state forest. we got really lucky. the ranger was really nice so it worked out pretty good.
i know, that bastard. smokin my weed and not even offering me a bowl or anything. talk about not respecting the herb. ha ha
hey chineseeyes, i got some questions to help me understand the situation. please answer. 1. what state/province were you in? 2. How old were you at the time you got "busted" (i put that in quotes because i don't consider a 60 dollar fine to be busted) 3. was your consequence for the ticket just $60? (there was no probation, comm service, etc.?) man i was arrested and put on probation for a year one time for a couple grams! and had to pay a $4000 for everything (attourney, court, probation fines, dui class, etc.)
sure thing. 1. new jersey. 2. 19. 3. all we got was a ticket for $60. it was for like camping without a permit or something. it didn't go on my record. just had to pay $60 and was out a gram and a roach. thank god he didn't find the bowls. sorry for not making everything clear.
ha ha, now that i think about it, it is a nice story. at the time though, i was more worried about getting arrested. i think the only reason we got to leave was because of the 3 girls.
