PRE-PUBESCENT GIRLS SPREADING RACISM VIA SONGS! A portion of the article.... Young Singers Spread Racist Hate Duo Considered the Olsen Twins of the White Supremacist Movement Singers Lamb and Lynx Gaede may look like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, but their songs send a message of White Nationalism that some call dangerous. (ABC News) Oct. 20, 2005 — Thirteen-year-old twins Lamb and Lynx Gaede have one album out, another on the way, a music video, and lots of fans. They may remind you another famous pair of singers, the Olsen Twins, and the girls say they like that. But unlike the Olsens, who built a media empire on their fun-loving, squeaky-clean image, Lamb and Lynx are cultivating a much darker personna. They are white nationalists and use their talents to preach a message of hate. Known as "Prussian Blue" — a nod to their German heritage and bright blue eyes — the girls from Bakersfield, Calif., have been performing songs about white nationalism before all-white crowds since they were nine. "We're proud of being white, we want to keep being white," said Lynx. "We want our people to stay white c we don't want to just be, you know, a big muddle. We just want to preserve our race." Lynx and Lamb have been nurtured on racist beliefs since birth by their mother April. "They need to have the background to understand why certain things are happening," said April, a stay-at-home mom who no longer lives with the twins' father. "I'm going to give them, give them my opinion just like any, any parent would." April home-schools the girls, teaching them her own unique perspective on everything from current to historical events. In addition, April's father surrounds the family with symbols of his beliefs — specifically the Nazi swastika. It appears on his belt buckle, on the side of his pick-up truck and he's even registered it as his cattle brand with the Bureau of Livestock Identification. "Because it's provocative," explains April of the cattle brand, "to him he thinks it's important as a symbol of freedom of speech that he can use it as his cattle brand." Teaching Hate Songs like "Sacrifice" — a tribute to Nazi Rudolf Hess, Hitler's deputy Fuhrer — clearly show the effect of the girls' upbringing. The lyrics praise Hess as a "man of peace who wouldn't give up." "It really breaks my heart to see those two girls spewing out that kind of garbage," said Ted Shaw, civil rights advocate and president of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund — though Shaw points out that the girls aren't espousing their own opinions but ones they're being taught. http://abcnews.go.com/Primetime/story?id=1231684&page=1 The girls were also interviewed and spoke of a video game they enjoyed called "Ethic Cleansing". Neo Nazis go around to the "hood" and shoot "blacks and mexicans". Reportedly, the "enemy" makes grunting sounds like an animal.
I saw that segment the other day. I don't hate these kids, I feel sorry for them. They'll miss out on many wonderful experiences because of their mindless hate. I know that my life has been greatly enriched by my friendships with people of other ethnic backgrounds.
It's one thing to be proud of your race. It's a complete other to put down other races in the process. I'm actually kind of glad there are people like this out there. It makes me happy to be a Jew because people like that are against me. The only common thread with them is being human and as bad as life can be for me, I'll never be as confused as they are.
Poor brainwashed little morrettes. Prussia Blue huh.... I think "TrailerTrashTwins" would have been catchier.
As for the second comment.... get an education and come back when you have something valid and intelligent to say. Who are you to say what race/religion/creed/colour etc etc is superior to any other? People should just learn to accept each other.
Totally dude, you learn from other people and that helps you to grow. These girls are just being brainwashed.
who exactly are you talking to? If it was me; "trailer trash" is not a reference to race/religion/creed/or colour, it's a reference to a mindset. As far as "education" I'd be willing to bet I've experienced a wider cross section of american culture than you have. Maybe if you weren't bending over so far backwards to appear politically correct you would learn something. (you can always spot people who "know it all" and have experienced nothing--they always have "people should" in their last sentence). edit: hmmm..after going back and reading this thread I realised you were actually talking to cooloner and by "second comment" you meant second post, but for some reason I decided to leave my post the way it is anyway. Not sure why.
I think she was talking about the comment saying "big whoop, its freedom of speech" anyways... I saw this on Primetime and was thinking if I was the lady interviewing these dumbass people, I probably would have stabbed them in the eye.. It was truly digusting to watch actually cause it just really angered me.. Thats stupid inbred white people for you, thinking they own the country and worshiping people like Hitler..that I wont even go into cause it will just anger me more... But yeah, it was truly disgusting...
HAHAHAHA! (That's only funny if you're under 18, otherwise it's sick... *snigger*) I heard this on the radio this morning aswell, I thought it was hilarious, I still do!
OK, three things on this subject: 1. Have you heard them sing? They sound like the reject episode of "American Idol". Not just bad but REALLLLLLLLLLy bad. 2. It's Bakersfield, CA. It's a nothing little cowtown that is made up MOSTLY of trailers, so yeah, trailer trash. If it weren't for the media trying to divert attention from the Bush Bros hurricane fuckups, we'd have never heard of them. 3. All the racists in the world couldn't muster enough brain cells to add double digits. It's lack of unity among the rest of us that gets their foot in the door. But, like the Olsen twins, I'd be interested in seeing how they turn out in 5 years.
Of course you`d have more experience of American culture.... I`m English and very proud not to be from the US. And actually, I was referring to Cooloner.
Hahaha! Watch the 'Gathering of the Gods' DVD trailer... all these Oi! / Hatecore bands and then those horridly singing (If you'd call it singing) little girls... Remarkable to see that overtly nationalistic bands and artists (almost) always manage to sound horrid compared to non-racial bands.
Hey alright, let's help the little girls and George Bush and perpetuate a little more hate on the US. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Yeah, that's hip...
Stupid facists. It's really sick. 'Fighting facism is 90% education and 10% bashing heads of pavements.'-Leon Trotsky.
