Sometime in the near future, my girlfriend and I will be traveling to NYC for one nite and while there will be seeing a concert. My question is what is my best way for getting weed to nyc. It seems like a a bad idea to bring a little bit on the plane. Should I get some when I arrive in nyc or should I bring some with me somehow on the plane. If I should get it in nyc what kinda prices should I expect for about 1/8 and how hard should I plan on looking? Thank you, any help will be valued.
in terms of getting it there, you may have to look pretty hard. people dont just stand on corners waiting for ppl to ask em. Now if you went into a headshop, bought somethin, and asked someone there, maybe, but personally, i'd think you were a narc or somethin. I've never been searched getting on a plane, so taping it to the inside of ur thigh should work. I've also hear of people putting it in shampoo bottles which hides it, and kills the smell for sniffer dogs.
I would wait til you get there if I were you. It won't be that hard to find some weed in NYC. You might not find dank on the street, but mids would be better than getting caught at the airport.

are you kidding me? that won't do a damn thing for the smell, and xrays can see through plastic, and it's pretty obviously not shampoo in there....you could put it in checked baggage, but then you dont see it and don't know whats going on with it and you'd be worried about it the whole plane ride (if they found it, they'd much more likely arrest you at the next airport then try to hunt down a passenger in the airport who put on a bag with a couple joints) at any rate, dogs noses are FAR more advanced than any humans, and they can smell things you never notice. to a good drug dog, pot in a shampoo bottle wont just smell like plastic and shampoo, it will smell like plastic and shampoo and pot! people do all sorts of dumb things to try and change or hide the smell of pot, but there are VERY few things you can do to really effectively cover up the smells of pot. just the other day i was offered weed that had been smuggled in from mexico, and the dumbasses tried to dip it in mouthwash to cover up the smell. no joke! there was unnaturally green coloring in it at places, a funky minty smell, and a bad taste. it's awful, and its GOT to be terrible to be smoking that...but it wouldnt do a damn thing for the dogs. they'll still smell pot, even if it's minty fresh pot. anyway, if a drug dog enters into the equation, you may well be fucked. if you're intent on bringing pot with you, you're best bet is to hide it well and not worry about smell as much, only keep it so humans can't smell it. hide it on your person somehow, you dont know if the checked baggage is run past sniffer dogs, but human beings very rarely are. also, dont go looking like some homeless hippy who hasn't shaved in a few months and has his hair in half-formed dreadlocks, and certainly dont go while under the influence of anything. otherwise forget bringing it and just try to get some there. in this day and age you can be searched for nearly any reason, so stick to looking all-american if you're carrying on a plane. the best bet as far as safety is concerned is to get some there. planes are risky places to bring drugs, really. it's better to not have pot for a concert (which you paid money for and want to be at least MOSTLY coherent for anyways) than to try and bring pot and get into trouble AND miss the concert entirely AND have the pot go to the police incinerator.... seriously, its nice to be stoned for a concert, but you'll enjoy it more sober than from a police station. if you can't get pot there, i'd suggest just doing without.
yeah, those dogs are no joke and thats for damn sure... two years ago my principle called out the codename for a hostile being in the school over the intercom so our teachers had to lock the doors, not let us go out of the classroom etc... he did this so the kids who had drugs in their locker from leaving and hiding it. Well i wasnt worried at all because i knew i didnt have any drugs in there and could see through a window looking out of the clssroom facing the my locker. Well i see two cops walking down the hall instructing the dogs to smell every locker. Well i see the dog sit and scratch at my locker door. now im starting to freek out. but they thoroughly searched my it and didn't find any trace of weed. well after letting out a sigh relief i realized that me and a friend smoked on saturday. I took the hoodie i was wearing on saturday to school on monday. THE FUCKING DOGS COULD SMELL THE FUMES!! wtf... thats when i realized how truly amazing it is that a dogs nose is that precise (too bad cops use em) ps i bought the hoodie the day before we smoked and never carried or put any weed in it or anything so they werent smelling shake in my pockets... and i have never placed any drugs in my locker so im completely postive that the shepards smelled the fumes on my sweatshirt
Never had a problem at all carrying it this way. And have come across a drug dog once in L.A. I take a baggie, put some pepper in it and stick the weed(already in baggie) in with the pepper. I wrap this in foil and then the condom. Have your girl "stash" it and all is good. I have been traveling with weed for around 20 years. It has gotten a lot trickier. Used to be it was just in my purse. Anyway, have a blast! Who are you seeing in concert?
The shampoo bottle idea is great if you do it like I thinking. You leave the shampoo in there and double bag the weed. Put the bag of weed diwn into the shampoo and there will be absolutely no smell.
If you get your girl to put it "up there". Put the weed in a bag and then coat the bag with vasoline, then put it in another bag so she doesn't get vasoline all over her "walls". The vasoline covers the smell quite nicely.
Only if they have a reason. The vasoline would completely mask the smell, so they wouldn't have a reason.
