What's up with you hippyguru? Austin heh, I used to live in Dallas, but spent quite a bit of time in Austin, night and music scene is awesome. Is the "Treaty Tree," still living? When I was there last it had been poisoned and they didn't know if it was going to make it. Any way, glad to hear the "Nugs" are doing fine. Ya gotta be careful down there in Tejas, even a small amount can get you time in prison. Give some of those college and hippie chicks, a big hug from Ol' DDR. Let me extend the welcome mat. I recently found “The Hip Forums” myself and I know what it’s like to be a newcomer. You don’t really know what to say or how to act. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed. When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet. Nobody here is going to “Flame” you, that just isn’t tolerated here (unless it’s necessary) lol. We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes... From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters. Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile. Peace & Love, DDR Quote: Groucho Marx “Once asked, “how do you feel about women's rights?” He replied. “I like either side of them.”
i know about the nugs thing, however im using 5 proxy's before you can even get close to me. so im not too woried about the man.
You never did answer my question about the "Treaty Tree" Seeing that you're an hippyguru and all, here's something for you.“My doctor referred me to a specialist, who referred me to an expert, who referred me to an authority, who referred me to a quack, who referred me to a crackpot, who referred me to you.”
To answer the Treaty Oak question, last we heard, it made it but had a lot of damage, it's a lot smaller now. To Hippy Guru, try Ruta Maya Coffee House on Congress. Hip Folks hang out there and they used to have weekend activities for kids (we haven't been there in a while). We're outside Austin, 'bout 60 miles SE; JuJu does Saturdays at the 23rd St. Artist's market on Guatalupe. Welcome to HipForums!
