in -extreme- situations yes. serial rapists, serial murderers, huge war crimes, yeah. theft etc, not so much. Things that cause irreperable harm on a larger scale
It depends on what they have done - i think if the person is a murderer or rapist etc - then yes i think we should, as long as the person can be proved to do that 100% by DNA, caught on camera etc. Its harsh but i think its right if a person has destroyed someone's life, family then they should get theirs destroyed.
well, i'm against. not so much that i'm all weepy for the one about to be put down, but i'm totally creeped out by the poeple who deliberately and systematically kill someone at work then go home and mow their lawns and shit.
Funny how Dubya was governor of the capital punishment capitol of the United States. Now he's graduated from killing black felons to starting illegitimate wars and killing thousands.
I think murderers should be set free and the families of their victims be allowed to hunt them down and deal with them as they see fit.
that DOES have it's appeal. but then again, i'd be totally wierded out by having such people as my neighbor.
I agree with it for heinous crimes.. like murder, rape, chopping people up and putting them in your freezer, etc. BUT until the justice system has absolutely no flaws, and innocent people are no longer unjustly convicted, I am against it.
