So i did and ALMOST OUT another teacher came in the same way i was about to go out of and told me to stop and asked me why i am always late to get dressed i told him i was just with my friends at lunch for a little longer after the bell rang...all high and shit i was so scared my legs were twitching...he just stood there and looked at me for like 5 minutes and then told me i reak of green bud(yea he actually said green bud lol) and i said my PE clothes always smell like this i don't know what your talking about, so he just keep looking into my eyes and they were red as hell. Then he asked me if i was doing anything illegal at lunch "nope" nothing like smoking? "nooo sir".....go sit with them over there....FUCK....i was acting like wut the fuck i didnt do nothing man you cant do that....so i was sitting with right and then they took us to the office and the security gaurd has already caught me a couple of times smoking at school but didnt have enough evidence to actually prove i was doing something illegal...except for this time....my eyes were so blood shot and they could smell me from a mile away....my friends didnt smoke at all so they were ok...i was the first to interview...and i was high as fuck right now because i just smoked all that then ate the rest in less than a minute...i stuck to my story...didn't say jack shit about smoking anything....they were getting so frusterated with me they called a shierf to get over here. There was a probation officer that is always at my school and everyone hates him so bad he's such a dick...he started screaming at me telling me to tell him who i was smoking with and who i got it from i just looked straight and said nothing about it and keep to my story because they can't do nothing to me if i only smell like weed and had nothing on me. So the cop came and just keep getting deeper and deeper into shit. The probation officer was screaming at me that i will be put in juvenial hall again and be on probation again(i just got off probation like a week ago) and telling me if im dirty on a drug test then i will go to juvenial hall again(he knew me from last year when i got arrested for 7 months in juve) and i screamed like "yes please i would be more than happy to give a drug test because im innocent i didnt do nothing" thinking they were just kidding about it and just wanted me to crack. Then they searched my locker and didnt find nothing...untill they found the mint case...OOPS...so they smelled it in there but could hardly smell it and 5 other guys smelled it and said yup thats marijuana. I just keep lieing to them saying thats bullshit its just mints thats how they smelled. Badda Bing im arrested and in juvenial hall again for a night and expelled from school again. Now im on probation again for another 18 months and now going to the dumbass trouble maker school again. So that was a really fucked up episode right there. Just about to get my life back on track. Now all this shit again. And all that bullshit happened when I was higher than a motha fucker. RUINED MY HIGH

Well, you shouldn't have had weed in school. Not only is it a waste of a high, but getting caught fucks your life over.

That aside, you handled the situation perfectly, dude. Deny EVERYTHING, admit to NOTHING, rat on NO ONE. No matter what you do, admiting or squeeling doesn't get you a lesser punishment. You will still get expelled, and you will still get arrested for posession. You have a great chance of getting away with it simply by denying everything. It isn't technically illegal to BE on weed, just to POSESS it. If they dont have hard evidence, the most they can do is suspend you.

Say everything with respect. Refer to the athoritative figure or figures questioning you by there rank when talking to them. Oh, and smile. Dont intentionally pissing them off, simply claiming innocence and being respectful to them will do that much more efficiently.
