Van Morrison

I have to say I love the cd moondance.

 

That's what I've been listening to the last couple o' days. "And It Stoned Me" and "Caravan" are the best.

 

that is a damn good album.

 

damn good album indeed, I remember listening to it like 10 times a week the first couple of months after I got it (a loooooong time ago)

astral weeks is better, madame george is my fav song written by van...this album's a masterpiece

 

i'm addicted to van morrison!!! oh, i love him so much! i can't decide which one is the best... although i'm very emotionally connected to 'have i told you lately'...

 

Number 5..... I can't get enough of and of course Caravan.

He is among my favourite artists - I love many of his albums - his latest 'Magic Time' is pretty good -
Also - and one of his absolute best 'Irish Heartbeat' with the Chieftans.:sunglasse

hmm, van morrison is great, astral weeks is slightly better than moondance i think, the first three tracks inperticular, and the way young lovers do

but moon dance is great

his new albums sounds fab also...

 

Van the man.... some legend.... He's brilliant in the Last Waltz.

He's supposed to be totally crap live now tho.... Thats what I was told.

 

i heard from friends that van morrison still puts on one hell of a show, i love the dude.

Personally i dont like van, brown eyed girl anoys the hech out of me and i thought in the last waltz he totally over did it and tried to steal the show from the band
but hey thats just one mans opinion

 

I think he was brilliant in the Last Waltz.... how did he steal the show? I do think he stole the show, but in a good way

 

Whoever said #5, "Into the Mystic," I definitely agree.

Well I've been a huge Morrison fan for some years now but I actually haven't even got hold of Moondance yet. I guess I've been too busy being lifted up time and again by masterpieces like Astral Weeks, Into the Music, Veedon Fleece and It's Too Late to Stop Now!
