Do you like them? They are one of my favourite bands. Their new album is great.I was at their concert,It was great too. I like "Time of the oath" So what do you think?
I like teir first few albums (walls of jericho etc) but in the 90s they sucked (time of the oath is ok havnt heard the new one)
One of the greatest heavy metal bands, in my opinion. I also love the Helloween tribute album Keepers of Jericho. Great versions by power metalbands like Rhapsody, Sonata Arctica and such.
Forever and one, that's great.I like Power Me, I don't like so much their first albums, they are too heavy for me.However, they're good. There is their concert January in Bulgaria.I'll be there You'll be there too,The Sad Knight, will you?
dark ride and better than raw are my favs... havent listened to them tho in a while, i just started really getting into Kamelot instead, now i think they are a close second to iron maiden
I_got_life hi again The world is so small so we met again. I could like to visit the Helloween's concert but everything depends from the Ministry of the education of Bulgaria. If they give me my salary in time I'll be there!
I'll be glad to see you there. I'm a student and it's easier-I must just found one note from a doctor I hope they'll give me my scolarship too...
wow a 3?? does it really live up to its name? i guess with rabbit, they wanted to go back to the old sound... how did they do it without Kai Hansen? i think his stuff was an improvement on the original helloween sound! dave mustaine tried going back to the 80s sound with new members, and didnt work. king diamond tried an abigail 2. why? i think he lost his charm 10 years ago. rabbit bored me immensely, and i dont think they should try to do anything with the 80s again. i think they had something going with the darker deeper feel of the late 90s, it was a new sound. but they lost it. but heck. it could happen, ive heard many bands go back to their roots, and actually improve and be better than they've ever been, even after a 10 year slump! nearly EVERY power metal release has bored me to pieces this decade, cuz its all just the same ol same ol... hardly any innovation at all anymore... i mean, it must be hard bringing something new to a 30 year old genre... anyway for me, sadly, its down to 2 power metal bands i care about still these days who still amaze me, where in the 90s, they all rocked me. maybe im just getting old tho?
I've seen them too..........in 1988 *l* this was at my very first concert, the Monsters Of Rock festival in Tilburg,Holland where they played with Great White,Anthrax,Kiss,David Lee Roth and Iron Maiden. I had not heard any of their music before the festival but after seeing their great performance I was sold ,and a few days later I bought Keeper Of The Seven Keys part 1 and 2...on LP *is turning into a sentimental old git*
I love Helloween, I've been two times on their concert and met the band. Here are some pics from the last concert http://www.cmar-net.org/galerija.php You can see me on 2nd and 3rd pic. I'm the one in blue denim jacket with patches
